VLDB 2019: Registration

Online registrations for the VLDB 2019 are open now and will close on 21 August 2019 at 11:59 p.m. PST. Register online now.

* We encourage participants to register online, preferably before the late registration deadline of 21 August 2019 (11:59 p.m. PST). For on-site registrants, access to lunches, receptions, and the banquet will be limited based on the availability and capacity of VLDB 2019 caterers.

The registration fees to the conference only include access to:

• The conference sessions, lunches, and coffee breaks (August 27^th to August 29^th).
• One reception ticket on Tuesday, August 27^th.
• One banquet ticket on Wednesday, August 28^th.
• Electronic proceedings.
• NO ACCESS to the workshops.

The registration fees to the workshops include access to:

• The workshop sessions, lunches, and coffee breaks on both days (August 26^th and August 30^th)
• Electronic proceedings.
• NO ACCESS to the main conference or the social events.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the Registration Chairs, fnawab(AT)ucsc. and eldawy(AT)ucr.edu. For cancellations up to 26 July 2019, there will be a charge of 100.00 USD. For cancellations after 26 July 2019, no refund will be given. However, substitutions may be made until 19 August 2019, at no cost.
