Below we show the hotels for which the conference organisers have made special arrangements, and bookings at these places can be made as part of the registration process. Novotel Sydney Hotel on Darling Harbour (Address: 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont, NSW 2009)

In the heart of Darling Harbour with sweeping views of the Sydney skyline, this hotels spacious rooms provide ample opportunity to take advantage of the stunning location. Facilities include a pool, gym, tennis court and The Ternary – a new restaurant and bar concept which is very popular. Walkway access is available to the Harbourside Shopping Centre allowing easy access to shops and restaurants.

Metro Aspire Hotel Sydney (Address: 383-389 Bulwara Road, Utimo, NSW 2007)

This modern hotel offers fantastic value for delegates. Just a 14-minute walk from Central Station, and a 14 minute walk to ICC It’s warm, relaxed, quiet rooms all have private balconies and modern amenities. Breakfast, dinner and room service is available at the hotel restaurant and Ultimo shops are close by. Enjoy walking through Darling Harbours newest precinct, Darling Sqaure, which is on your way to ICC. Parking is available for a surcharge.

How to Book

The Conference Managers will forward your contact details, reservation, and credit card details to the hotel of your choice.

Accommodation may be booked when you complete the online registration form or using accommodation only form.

Credit Card Guarantee

Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your hotel booking is unable to be confirmed if this has not been received. If your accommodation payment is to be charged to a third-party credit card, please contact the Conference Managers requesting a credit card authorisation form which will allow the hotel to process the appropriate charges to this card upon checkout. Should you be unable to provide a credit card, full pre-payment of your booking must be made to guarantee your reservation. This payment can be made by invoice, simply contact the Conference Managers directly to arrange this.

Cancellation policy

Accommodation - Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour

A cancellation charge of one night’s accommodation rate will apply for cancelled booking as at Wednesday 17 August 2022.

Full cancellation charge of all nights of the stay will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date you are booked to check in.

There will be a credit card surcharge for delegates of 1.1%

Accommodation - Metro Aspire Hotel Sydney

A cancellation charge of one night’s accommodation rate will apply for cancelled booking between Wednesday 3 August 2022 to Wednesday 17 August 2022.

Full cancellation charge of all nights of the stay will be forfeited if you cancel your stay from Thursday 18 August 2022 or do not arrive on the date you are booked to check in.

Group Bookings

If your organisation would like to make a group booking of 15 rooms or more at one of the listed hotels, please contact the Conference Managers (register.vldb2022@arinex.com.au) with your group booking requirements.
